Natural Nosh

I teach people simple and effective ways to improve their health and to avoid illnesses using raw uncooked foods of all kinds.
Topics for our classes range from where to start on raw foods, raw (tempered) chocolate, fermented foods, raw cakes and slices, eating raw in winter, tips for travelling on raw and much more.
Classes are currently small groups up to 10 people including a mix of some hands on learning and demonstrations.
You’ll get plenty to sample in the class and some to take home.
